Set within a heritage dining room with soaring white columns, est. delivers fine-dining on a grand scale.

Dining at est. is a finely-tuned dance. A balance between the drama of this timeless setting, within a heritage-listed building, and the contemporary Australian food, executed with precision by Head Chef Jacob Davey. The seasonally-driven menu continually evolves and explores the interplay of classic flavours with local ingredients.

The menu is complemented by an extensive wine list, curated by head sommelier Dheeraj Bhatia.

For an extra special dining experience, intimate celebrations or corporate dinners can be hosted in our est. private dining room for up to 18 people.
