Tucked within the sanctuary of Angel Place and set beneath the ‘forgotten songs’ birdcage installation. China Lane provides a serene and stylishly relaxed laneway setting for locals, corporates and visitors alike. The cuisine is modern Asian focusing on fresh, seasonal produce with traditional flavours and contemporary techniques. Kristian Vale has mastered the balance of spice, heat and flavour and presents his take on modern Asian cuisine. His menu is produce driven, innovative and adventurous with daily food additions to excite.
